Most people who are constantly dieting to lose weight once they have achieved their ideal weight will within months pile that weight on once more. Is that you? Secondly but more importantly unnatural body weight and fat brings in a long line of physical ailments like heart problems diabetes and so on. Leaner people are more enthusiastic successful and lead a healthier and happier life.
