2.) Ignoring Proper Nutrition – No matter what it is you do, if you are not eating properly, unfortunately, you’re not going to be able to lose abdominal fat fast or lose weight. True body changing success starts and ends in the kitchen…. no matter what the “gurus” or infomercials tell you about their super secret exercise machine or diet pill!

Alright, now let’s go into what is REALLY going to help you lose abdominal fat fast….

You see, our bodies already contain an internal fat burning engine and when this engine is not tuned up, or if you put harmful stuff in it, then this engine is sure to slow down. This fat burning engine is called the metabolism.

It is vitally important that you keep your metabolism running as strong as possible if you want to get consistent results. This is why I recommended that you avoid fad diets above… they’ll slow your metabolism way down!
