Alright, now let’s go into what is REALLY going to help you lose abdominal fat fast….

You see, our bodies already contain an internal fat burning engine and when this engine is not tuned up, or if you put harmful stuff in it, then this engine is sure to slow down. This fat burning engine is called the metabolism.

Do you want to lose lose abdominal fat?

You are not alone!

There are many reasons why people cannot do this

It is not as simple as just doing a few exercises.

I know because I have been trying to lose abdominal fat for many years now, without success.

One of the biggest problems that people experience when trying to lose weight from the waist is that they are influenced by emotional triggers.

Stress, sadness, depression all make me run for the nearest fast food outlet.

This is because we all have certain chemicals in our brain that are connected to mood and hunger.

If you are like me and do some exercise to lose abdominal fat, and then eat something unhealthy straight after because you are so hungry? And If you feeling a bit under the weather emotionally?

It’s easier to go get some food then to work out.

Next time you feel that, instead of going to get food go and get some exercise instead. Go for a walk. Go play catch with your kids.

Recognize the emotional trigger, but work towards controlling it, not the other way around and you will have more success with working to lose abdominal fat.

There are many weight loss diets available on the market today. In fact, the weight loss industry makes billions of dollars annually by introducing weight loss products, weight loss pills and new diets every single week that promise you fantastic results and quick weight loss in a matter of weeks. However, as consumers, we have to be wary of certain fad diets which we may be deceived into spending a lot of money for. In order to be a smart customer, no matter how desperate you are to lose weight and get rid of belly fat, you need to know what kinds of weight loss diets to avoid.

Weight Loss Diet to Avoid #1: Avoid the diets that only allow you to eat certain types of foods in specific combinations. So far there has not been any significant scientific research to prove that eating limited types of foods will help you to lose weight fast. In fact, unless you are on a vegetarian weight loss plan that promotes consuming fruits and vegetables to lose weight, chances are that you will not lose weight quickly but are more likely to gain weight instead. In addition, by restricting the types of foods you eat, you will also limit the amount and variety of vitamins and nutrients you can gain from food, some of which are crucial to weight loss itself. Hence, if you want to lose weight do not restrict your diet to specific foods. Instead, limit the amount of each type of food you consume to lose weight naturally.

Weight Loss Diet to Avoid #2: Be sure to steer clear of fad diets that make you eliminate fats, sugars and carbohydrates from your diet entirely. Although you may think that it is the best way to help you lose weight by getting rid of the ‘unhealthy’ foods in your diet, you are wrong! By cutting out these foods when we are still growing, we also reduce the amount of energy we have to burn fat, as well as our metabolic rates which decline rapidly. Some types of fats and sugars are important for our bodies, and losing weight is not only about cutting them out entirely.

Overall, eating smaller portions of all kinds of foods will be the best way to lose weight. If you need to lose weight quickly, do not avoid any food groups altogether. Just reduce the amount of food from that food group (for example, those high in sugar and fat) and you will be on your way to natural weight loss in a healthy and happy way.

Your diet should be a “Fat Burner “

You want to free yourself of unwanted fat because you want to know how to get perfect abs right? Well,a   low-carbohydrate diet is  not only a health diet to lose weight fast, it’s the most effective way to burn the pounds of fat from the body.WHY? ….. Because the body burns fat in the following arrangement:A. Carbohydrates (from your diet and stored glycogen)B. Fat (from your diet and present body fat)C. Protein (from your diet and  present muscle tissue)

What does this mean in our daily life? Say you consume lasagne with beef meatballs for dinner. In a simplified instance, the initial item that get’s burned off is the pasta (carbs). Then the fat in the beef and sauce : Subsequently; if you continue to work it off.. The protein in the beef and if that  gets burned off, protein from your existing muscle tissue…..As a rule you do not want that! But if you want to get to the fat burning function, it is essential tostart by limiting the carb intake.
The benefit of doing this is beside being a healthy diet plan, in a few days your body will  flip  a metabolic switch “and be converted into a fat-burning machine. At this point the fat you eat is burned off first, and next begins to burn away body fat as a core energy source. Of course you do not want  to eat copious amounts of fat here, and you do not have to go to zero carbs for  desirable results. Anything less than 100 grams of carbohydrates we name “low-carb”, but if at all possible less than 60 grams will produce even greater outcome.
With the low-fat diet (which by nature is a high-carb diet), when the food calories are  gone, the body will burn a mixture of both fat and muscle (protein). Since muscle is “metabolically active” it burns calories all day long just by being active .. . . So it would be a disaster for the dieter if he or she were to use up this tissue. Their metabolism would slow continuously over time.
This is one of the primary reasons that low-fat diets  often only “temporarily”  produce results. You lose some pounds, but afterward it stops working (as your metabolism has gone down) and the pounds pile back on .. And then some!
ExerciseTons of cardio, right? Wrong.
Extreme cardiovascular exercise will also put the body in a state where it breaks down lean muscle tissue (catabolism). So the question is how   will we match our fat-burning diet approach with a  fat-burning exercise plan?
This is called “interval training”, or more precisely “High Intensity Interval Training.” ( Or HIIT ) “The theory is to achieve a form of cardio in” fits and starts “.. . . .   So exercise a period of lower intensity then a period of elevated intensity.
Why?
Study shows that this style of Hi  to  low exercise system burns more fat than a continual speed of cardio, ordinarily by roughly 50%. Actually in one breakdown a nine-fold increase in fat loss for “HIIT” compared to  the low-medium intensity cardio.

Concerning abdominal fat in particular, research has shown (although the reason is unclear at this point) that HIIT can produce more fat loss in this area of the body than other areas making it a great how to lose belly fat exercise.And get this .. . . . HIIT need only be performed in 10-20 minutes at a time.So you can see how it’s multi beneficial!
Hopefully you can see that this revolutionary approach to exercise and nutrition will work synergistically as a truly powerful fat-loss plan.
